Get access to important data by generating reports
Stay informed by creating charts and reports of important data such as assignment grades, lesson progress, missing work, class status, class completion, and more. You can save your favorite reports and schedule them to be delivered at a certain time and date.
Create custom reports
Custom reports allow users to select the data that they want to report on such as users, classes, paths, organizations, and more. You can also select a variety of fields, use filtering options, sort and group data by different parameters, and choose the chart output.
Get valuable insights and identify problem areas with graphical analytics
Get instant analytics on students progress and identify where students might need some extra help. See graphics with insights for different areas such as lessons, assignments, mastery, completion, and more.
Assign mandatory classes and track compliance
Compliance is a useful feature for schools that have professional development programs and wish to track teacher and faculty compliance. Select classes that are required for compliance, then set up for how long the student is in compliance once they've completed the class, and whether they need to renew their compliance periodically.
Trigger actions during the compliance period
You can set up rules that are triggered when compliance is almost due, and when a student goes out of compliance. For example, you can set rules to notify students when compliance is almost due or automatically enroll them back in the class.
Get reports on compliance
You can see compliance reports for all user types such as listing of all classes and paths that are required for compliance and indicators for students that show classes and paths that they are in and/or out of compliance.
We use NEO as an intervention strategy with students. If there is a student in a class who is struggling, we can see how the student is doing in classes, see where they're falling down, then connect with the teachers of those classes.Todd Ryckman, Chief Educational Technology Officer, Santa Barbara Unified School District
